Jennifer Simko Hamilton is a seasoned attorney with over 25 years of legal expertise. As a former Assistant District Attorney at the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office, she has prosecuted a wide array of criminal cases before judges and juries.

In 2005, Jennifer relocated to Parker County and established her own law practice, focusing on all aspects of family law. She is a certified family law mediator, dedicated to helping individuals resolve contested family matters outside of the courtroom. Additionally, Jennifer is certified in collaborative law, successfully guiding clients through contested divorces and other family disputes using the collaborative law process.

Jennifer graduated from Texas A&M University in 1986 and earned her law degree from St. Mary’s University in 1989.

Combining her personal and professional experience, Jennifer approaches each case with empathy and dedication.
